How I run it on Grok Bot

Routine: sort Primary into Act / Glance / Noise, list Act items by inbox, draft replies, send nothing.

The first cleanup pass was the big one (about 2.75 hours of sorting). The daily list keeps it from piling back up.

What broke: It once copied a meeting time wrong. Now calendar times win over email times.
